02Our services and products
The Website describes our software development services and our products: WAsenda, Tangazo and Kazi. Using the Website does not create a contract for services. Any engagement, subscription or licence is governed by a separate written agreement, order form or product terms, which take precedence over these Terms where they conflict.
Product screens shown on the Website are illustrative and may not reflect the current interface, features or figures of the live products.

- Use the Website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our servers or any connected system.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or overload the Website.
- Scrape or copy the Website's content at scale without our written permission.
- Impersonate UPEO or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
